Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally applicable under the following circumstances:

• Services or deliverables were not provided as agreed upon in the contract.
• The client experiences significant dissatisfaction with the final deliverables.

2. Refund Process:

• To initiate the refund process, the client must submit a written request detailing the reasons for seeking a refund.
• Requests should be sent to customer.pds@gmail.com within 3 days of the project completion date.
• Pegasus Design Solutions™ will review the request and respond within 7 working days.

3. Refund Criteria:

• Refunds may be approved based on the merit of the case, and the decision lies at the discretion of Pegasus Design Solutions™.
• Refunds will not be granted if the client has approved the final deliverables or if the dissatisfaction results from a change in the client's preferences after project commencement.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable:

• Any third-party or vendor expenses incurred on behalf of the client during the project.
• Initial deposits or advance payments for project commencement.

5. Partial Refunds:

• In cases where only a portion of the project has been completed, a partial refund may be considered for the remaining work.

6. Processing Time:

• Once a refund is approved, Pegasus Design Solutions™ will process the refund within 45 working days. The actual time for the refund to reflect in the client's account may vary based on the payment method and banking institution.
